But let’s be straightforward: a client who leaves empty-handed with a link to click is one sale in ten. A client who leaves with the tool in her bag is one sale in two — and a better margin for you in the process.

A simple rule: add at least 25% to the price of a single instrument. Shipping isn’t free; every brand that claims to offer it has simply included it quietly in their price. You have no reason to do otherwise.
